Digpat Solutions (“Digpat”, “we”, “us”) is a digital marketing agency based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to our website digpatsolutions.com, our landing pages, and the lead forms we run on Facebook, Instagram, Google and other platforms.

By submitting a form, contacting us or using our website, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not submit your details.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Digpat Solutions is the “Data Fiduciary” (the business that decides how your data is used) under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) for data you share with us about our own services.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us when you fill in a form on our website, a Facebook or Instagram (Meta) lead form, a Google lead form, or when you call, email or WhatsApp us:

  • Your name, mobile number, WhatsApp number and email address
  • Your business, hospital, clinic or company name, your role, and your area and city
  • Answers to the questions in our forms, such as the type and size of your business, your marketing budget range, when you want to start, and the services you are interested in
  • Any message, files or other details you choose to send us

Information collected automatically when you visit our website or interact with our ads:

  • Device and browser details, IP address, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit
  • The ad, campaign or website that brought you to us (for example UTM tags and click identifiers)
  • Information from cookies, the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads tags and similar technologies (see section 7)

We do not ask for patient medical records, health information, bank or card details, passwords, or government ID numbers through our forms. Please do not send them to us.

3. How we get your information from lead forms

When you submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms shares the details you submitted in that form with us. Similarly, Google shares details submitted through Google lead forms. We receive only the fields shown in the form. How Meta and Google handle your data on their own platforms is covered by their own privacy policies.

4. Why we use your information

  • To contact you by phone call, WhatsApp, SMS or email about your enquiry, and to send you the free plan, proposal or quotation you asked for
  • To understand your needs and recommend the right services and budget
  • To provide, manage and bill for the services you sign up for
  • To send you updates and offers about our services, only if you agreed to it. You can stop these at any time (see section 9)
  • To measure and improve our website, ads and services, and to show relevant ads to people who visited our website
  • To prevent spam and fraud, keep our systems secure, and meet our legal obligations

We use your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or contact us, and where the law otherwise allows it (for example to comply with legal requirements). We never sell your personal data.

5. Who we share it with

We share your data only as needed to run our business, with:

  • Our team members who handle your enquiry or project
  • Service providers who help us operate, such as our website hosting provider, email and form-delivery services, WhatsApp Business, cloud storage, spreadsheets and CRM tools. They may use your data only to provide their service to us
  • Advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and Google, to measure our ads and reach relevant audiences
  • Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we transfer data only as permitted under Indian law.

6. When we run campaigns for our clients

We run ads and lead forms for our clients, such as hospitals, clinics and other businesses. In those campaigns the client’s name is shown on the form, the client decides how the leads are used, and the client’s own privacy policy applies. We handle those leads only on the client’s instructions, keep them confidential, and do not use them for our own marketing. To ask about data you gave to one of our clients, please contact that business directly. We will help them respond to your request.

7. Cookies, pixels and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and measure our ads. These include the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. These tools may collect information about your visit and use it to show you our ads on other websites and apps.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Google account settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the website work.

8. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up, and in any case no longer than 3 years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client. For clients, we keep records for the length of our engagement and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and other laws require. After that, we delete or anonymise the data.

9. Your rights and choices

Under the DPDP Act and other applicable laws, you can:

  • Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
  • Correct or update data that is wrong or incomplete
  • Erase your data when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it
  • Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of your death or incapacity
  • Raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India
  • Stop marketing messages by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp or SMS, using the unsubscribe link in our emails, or simply telling us

To use any of these rights, email mani@digpatsolutions.com or call +91 83285 06599. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We aim to respond within 30 days.

10. How we protect your data

We use reasonable security measures to protect your data. These include encrypted (HTTPS) connections, restricted access for our team members, password-protected accounts and trusted service providers. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and will inform you and the authorities of a data breach as the law requires.

11. Children

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.
